Returns & Exchange Policy
We Have A Hassle-Free 7 Days Returns & Exchange Policy. Our quality and customer service ensure that your experience with us and our products is exceptional. If for any reason you'd like to return or exchange your order, just let us know.
Exchange Policy:
- To request an exchange within 10 days, please follow these steps:
- Reach out to our social media representative and provide them with your issue and the article details.
- Items must not be worn, damaged, or washed. If we find any defect or issue in the returned articleĀ that hasn't been communicated before by the customer, the exchange/refund will be REJECTED
- Our team will first check the timeline. If it qualifies, they will provide you with an exchange receipt.
- Print the exchange receipt, pack it with the item you wish to exchange, and send it to us at our address.
- If the item meets our exchange policies, you will be provided with an exchange voucher.
- Please note that the cost and responsibility of returning our product to the facility will be borne by the customer.
Return Policy:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The customer should contact our representative and explain the reason for the return.
- Our team will provide a return receipt, which the customer needs to print and include with the return item. The customer should then send the item to our address.
- Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If it does, the return will be processed.
- Please note that the return payment process will take 7 days after we receive the item at our office. The shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.
- Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the return item. Refunds cannot be paid in cash, due to policies of logistic companies and can only be processed via Bank Transfer.
- International Orders cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Ā Sale articles cannot be returned/exchange.

If there is any defect in the item or if an error has been made regarding the size on our part, we will take full responsibility and cover all the shipping charges. We are committed to ensuring our customers receive products in perfect condition and the correct size.
