You can request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your order by following these steps:

1. Contact Us: Reach out to our social media representative with your concern and article details.

2. Eligibility Check: Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. If any undisclosed defect or damage is found in the returned item, the exchange request will be rejected.

3. Receive Exchange Voucher: Once we verify that the item meets our exchange criteria, an exchange voucher will be issued for future purchases.

4. Shipping Costs: The cost and responsibility of returning the product lie with the customer.

Return Policy

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order by following these steps:

1. Initiate the Request: Contact our representative and share the reason for your return.

2. Eligibility Check: Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. If any undisclosed defect or damage is found, the return request will be rejected.

3. Send the Item: Pack the product securely and send it to our return address.

4. Inspection & Approval: Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your request.

5. Refunds & Vouchers: Refunds can only be issued for items that are faulty, damaged, defective, wrongly delivered, or any issue caused by us. For all other approved returns, an exchange voucher will be issued for future purchases. 
   Note: No cash refunds will be issued for returns that do not fall under the above refund-eligible categories.

6. Shipping Costs: The cost and responsibility of returning the product lie with the customer.

7. Non-Returnable Items: International orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are not eligible for returns, but they can be exchanged.

For International Customers

1. International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
