Exchange Policy:

  • To request an exchange within 10 days, please follow these steps:

    2. Eligibility Check: Items must be unused, undamaged, and unwashed. If any
    undisclosed defect is found in the returned article, the exchange/refund request will be rejected.
    3. Receive Exchange Receipt: If your request qualifies, our team will provide you with an exchange receipt.
    4. Send the Item: Print the exchange receipt, pack it with the item, and send it to our address.
    5. Receive Exchange Voucher: Once we verify the item meets our exchange criteria, we will issue you an exchange voucher for future purchases.
    6. Shipping Costs: The cost and responsibility of returning the product will be borne by the customer

 Return Policy:

  • To request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, follow these steps:

    1. Initiate the Request: Contact our representative and explain the reason for the return.
    2. Receive Return Receipt: Our team will provide a return receipt, which you must print and include with the returned item.
    3. Send the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to our address.
    4. Inspection & Approval: Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process the return.
    5. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the item.
        Refunds will be made via Bank Transfer only (due to logistics policies).
        Shipping charges for the return will be borne by the customer.
    6. Non-Returnable Items:
    International orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
    Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
