Currently, we do not offer custom stitching or design alterations. All items are sold as per the sizes listed.

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, or before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

No, Cash on Delivery is only available within Pakistan. International orders must be prepaid.

We offer a hassle-free 7–10 day return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience with us is smooth and satisfying.

When will I receive my refund? When will I receive my refund?

Refunds can only be issued for items that are faulty, damaged, defective, wrongly delivered, or any issue caused by us.
For all other approved returns, an exchange voucher will be issued for future purchases.
If eligible, a refund will be processed within 5–6 working days after the returned item is received and approved by our team.
The amount will be credited back to your bank account once processed.

If your parcel is to be delivered by courier and you are not available when courier attempts delivery, they will call you to inquire and arrange 2nd delivery attempt.

You can exchange your product within 10 working days after receiving it given that it is not worn, washed or damaged.
